The Completionist Edit
Jared praises the art style of Triforce Heroes, due to its similarities to Wind Waker and A Link Between Worlds. PBG compliments the variety in environments. Jirard gives special attention to the audio and music, describing it as “piratey.” He’s also fond of how using the totem changes the music slightly.
The three talk about the game’s focus on dungeon crawling over open world exploration. They also stress that communication is of major importance when playing. As a whole, they prefer the game in cooperative play, but Jared still claims the single player mode to be fun, if not incredibly difficult.
Though many completion aspects give the player new costumes, Jirard is infuriated that single player and multiplayer are tracked separately for full completion.
