The episode starts with a skit of Jirard and Alex ending the show, but then Greg comes to the rescue to save the show, despite not having a beard himself.
After the skit, and a month of not playing, Jirard welcomes everyone back after a long absence, as well as welcomeing the new host, Greg! Admittedly, Greg feels bad about not having a beard, to which he then compares himself to a deluxe chicken sandwich at McDonalds, one with Lettuce and Tomato, while Alex and Jirard are just regular chicken.
Jirard then explains why they were gone for so long; they had copyright issues with Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, as well as Super Mario Land 2. After they had taken care of all the copyright claims, Jirard's PS3 broke.
When Jirard is getting the Faerie Scroll, he is attacked by Magic Tomes, flying books. When attacking one, it spits out a bunch of knives, sparking jokes from Alex and Greg, such as "You'll never read again!" and "Don't look at the letters, we'll stab you with them!"

Should the capability of a system dictate the look of every game? Should we take a step back sometimes or just keep moving forward?
Alex said that he prefers games that are worked on more rather then if they have amazing graphics, although graphics are a nice added bonus.
