After accidentally loading a far-off save state in the last episode, Jirard had to replay to get to this point, and he took the liberty to power-level while he was doing this, so that fights could be easier. He said that the reason he power-leveled was because he was angry at the world for loading an old save-state. As the episode opens, the game informs Jirard that he has been playing for a long time and should take a break, similar to Ness's father calling in EarthBound.
For the past couple of days, Jirard said that he has been playing Hyrule Warriors, as he got it 2 and a half weeks earlier. He says that the reason this game is scary is because it takes about 200 hours + in order to complete the game. 200. Hours. Plus. And the best part is, Jirard intends to complete the game for The Completionist for the 26th. #Hyl-Yeah!
During the episode, Jirard answers his phone during a battle with an Atomic Power Robot. Because of this, he doesn't press the A button for awhile. While this would be fine fighting any other enemy, the Atomic Power Robot explodes after being defeated, dealing 200+ damage to everyone. From the phone call, Alex says that Jirard's face flashes with confusion, surprise, and happiness.
