P.T.is a playable teaser (aka P.T.) for an upcoming Silent Hill game called Silent Hills.
On August 12, 2014, the demo was released on the PlayStation Store for PlayStation 4. Upon completion of the teaser it was revealed to be for a new Silent Hill game entitled Silent Hills, which is being developed by Kojima Productions using the Fox Engine and is a collaboration between Hideo Kojima and Hollywood director Guillermo del Toro, featuring actor Norman Reedus.

The episode begins with Jirard, following the same fashion of an intro as he did in Outlast, Jirard goes on a little rant about how he doesn't want to play this game. While this may just be Jirard being scared, this has caused some people to be discomforted with him playing the game. Because of this, Jirard actually explained why he does this in the comments of the video.
- I get what [you're] saying. I'm just a big pansy. You ever had that friend who went on a roller coaster ride who was terrified to go on the ride, freaks out before the ride, gets on the ride, freaks out, gets off the ride, and then laughs and wants to go again?

During the episode, Other members of the TOVG community sit around to watch the duo play, as they, too, find it hilarious to watch them scream. One of the highlights of this happening is that Frazier came in to check on what Jirard and Alex were doing, as they were both screaming. As he walked in the room, a jump-scare happened, and Frazier decided it best to just walk away.
Throughout the episode, Jirard sang Nuclear by Mike Oldfield, a song that was in the Metal Gear Solid 5 E3 Trailer, in order to calm down. The reason he sang this is because P.T. is directed by Hideo Kojima, who also directs Metal Gear.
